How to redeem Cashback and Annual Fee credit

Instructions for the MyCard App or MyCard Online

  1. Log into your MyCard App or MyCard Online. 
  2. Click on Redeem MyCard Reward Points to open MyCard Rewards Portal.
  3. On the top navigation bar select Cashback / Annual fee credit. 
  4. Select either Cashback or Annual fee credit.
  5. Complete your redemption journey by following the prompts.

Please note: You will receive your credit in your MyCard credit card account within 5 business days.
