How to redeem Cashback and Annual Fee credit
Instructions for the MyCard App or MyCard Online
- Log into your MyCard App or MyCard Online.
- Click on Redeem MyCard Reward Points to open MyCard Rewards Portal.
- On the top navigation bar select Cashback / Annual Fee credit.
- Select either Cashback or Annual Fee credit.
- Complete your redemption journey by following the prompts.
Please note: You will receive your credit in your MyCard credit card account within 5 business days.
