How it works
You can redeem your MyCard Reward Points to pay for eligible purchases in two convenient ways:
Using the MyCard App and MyCard Online
- Log in to your MyCard App or MyCard Online.
- Go to your Transaction History and select a transaction.
- "Pay with Points" will appear on an eligible purchase, simply select it to redeem your points.
- Follow the prompts to complete your redemption.
Using the MyCard Rewards Portal
- Log in to your MyCard App or MyCard Online.
- Select "Redeem MyCard Reward Points" to open your MyCard Rewards Portal.
- "Pay with Points" will appear on an eligible purchase, simply select it to redeem your points.
- Choose the purchase(s) you want to redeem, then click "Redeem".
- Follow the prompts to complete your redemption.
Note: Your credit will be applied to your account within 5 business days.

You may use your Points to pay for eligible transactions that we present to you via Online Servicing or any other method we make available to you. Only selected transactions that you have made and that we present to you can be redeemed using Pay with Points. Please check the MyCard Rewards Terms & Conditions for more details.
Only Primary Cardholders can redeem MyCard Reward Points using Pay with Points. Please note: Customers who are enrolled in the MyCard Qantas Rewards Program will not be eligible for Pay with Points.
This information can be found once you log in to the MyCard App or MyCard Online. It will be recorded on your redemption activity statement.
You will receive your statement credit within five business days.
No. Pay with Points redemption cannot be cancelled or reversed.
Yes, the required minimum payment due and/or overdue amount reflected on your credit card statement must be paid in accordance with your credit card agreement. Your payment obligations will not change.
Yes - partial redemptions are available.
Simply select an eligible purchase in your Transaction History via the MyCard App or MyCard Online and choose Pay with Points to redeem part of the purchase.
