​Making payments to your account: You can find details on how to make payments to your account here. Your new BPAY reference number is in your MyCard statement, but payments using your previous BPAY details will still be applied to your account.​

Getting copies of your statements: You can download statements from November 2023 onward via the MyCard app or MyCard Online. For earlier statements, you can request them through chat with us in MyCard Online. Only the accountholder can view or request statements.​​

Set up your MyCard account

Once you have received your new card, follow these instructions to set up your account via the MyCard App and MyCard Online before you can activate your card.

Instructions for mobile devices

  1. Download the MyCard App.
  2. You will be asked to set up your login credentials.

Instructions for web browsers

  1. Go to the MyCard website.
  2. Click on Login.
  3. Log in using the User ID that has been sent to you, and the password that you created during your card application.

Please note: make sure you have your credit card and mobile phone handy as we may send you an SMS as part of the set-up process. Learn how to reset your password if you've forgotten it.

Steps to activate your Card

Once you have set up your account, follow these steps to activate your card.

Instructions for mobile devices or web browsers

  1. Login to the MyCard App or MyCard Online.
  2. Tap Manage.
  3. Tap Activate card.
  4. Follow the prompts to verify your card details and to set up your PIN.
